What will you be doing?

As our HR Technology HCM Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for Workday HCM, supporting employees and managers across the business. You’ll deliver enhancements, manage small projects, and guide users through the platform with clarity and confidence. From gathering requirements to coordinating testing and supporting bi-annual releases, you’ll be at the heart of our HR technology transformation. You’ll also play a key role in data management, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement across our global HR processes.

UAT Project coordination and resolution

Adherence to metrics and work within agreed Service Level Agreements

  • Success in this role means being proactive, organized, and customer-focused. You’ll need to be comfortable working across multiple markets and confident in your ability to manage competing priorities. You’ll be a trusted partner to our HR teams and a champion for great user experiences.
  • Proven solid functional knowledge of Workday HCM, including data structure and security
  • Experience supporting global HR teams and projects (min 6 years)
  • Strong understanding of HR technology vendors and implementation best practices
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and drive service improvements
