At Lonza, we are looking for a Head of Global Marketing to lead and transform the company’s global marketing strategy across all business platforms. This role is responsible for shaping Lonza’s global brand positioning, strengthening commercial storytelling, and driving integrated, insight-driven marketing programs that support growth, customer engagement, and market leadership across the CDMO industry.
In this highly visible leadership position, you will oversee the full global marketing ecosystem, including strategic marketing, branding, digital marketing, marketing operations, analytics, campaigns, and commercial excellence. You will partner closely with Business Platforms, Sales, Communications, and Group Intelligence teams to deliver consistent and differentiated customer engagement strategies while driving operational excellence and digital marketing maturity across the organization.
