Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support
- Lead planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning) and monitor performance across P&L, sales and profitability
- Ensure strong financial governance, compliance and internal controls
- Drive improvements in finance systems, processes and ways of working
- Lead and develop the finance team, building capability and engagement
- Work cross-functionally to support business performance, including readiness for launches
- Candidate Profile
- Education & qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA) or MBA preferred
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a regional or multi-country setting
- Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders
- Broad finance expertise across FP&A, controlling, financial governance and statutory reporting
- Experience operating effectively within complex, international and matrixed organisations
- Exposure to transformation initiatives, including systems, processes or organisational change
Nice to have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector (advantageous, not essential)
- Experience supporting product launches and driving investment decision-making
