Senior Statutory Accountant

In this role You will:

Prepare and review of annual financial statements and management reports, interpretation and implementation of statutory accounting requirements, and ensuring adherence to local legal and reporting frameworks

Drive consistency and quality across reporting processes, supports audit activities by providing technical accounting guidance and documentation, and ensures timely resolution of audit queries

Support operations with accountability for managing and monitoring all Finance processes and providing accurate and timely management information and reconciliations as required.

Provide technical analysis and feedback regarding impact of projects, upgrades and modification. As well as providing feedback and updates back to the team.

What You need to be successful:

Relevant degree (BSc) and several years of working experience, especially IFRS and/or German GAAP.

Fluency in English, German is an advantage

Demonstrated process expertise in statutory areas especially Statutory accounts preparation and Audit processes

Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of systems and application tools and techniques.

Strong level of analytical skills, numeracy and strong financial understanding

Strong communication and cooperation skills

Self-confident appearance in relation to internal and external contacts
