Fluent in English, both written and spoken

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

In this role, you’ll be a proactive partner to the business, helping teams navigate and make better decisions. Your days will vary, but will often include things like:

Turning business needs into clear steering actions and insights

Supporting decision-making with data, analysis and easy-to-understand materials

Leading and coordinating improvement initiatives to strengthen performance and ways of working

Following up on business results and helping teams stay on track

Collaborating across functions to ensure new ways of working are adopted

Contributing to building strong business steering capabilities across the organisation

Responsibilities
