You will support both the Rock Drilling Tools (RGD) Division and the broader Tools & Attachments Business Area (BA). In this role, you contribute to improving operational efficiency, strengthening financial control, and supporting strategic initiatives across production-focused businesses.

As Senior Operations Controller, you will report to the RGD VP Finance & Business Control directly and have a dotted line to the VP BA Controller.

Your mission

As Senior Operations Controller, you will act as a key partner to operations, driving performance, transparency, and continuous improvement across the business.

In this role, you will:

Lead operational reporting, forecasting, and planning processes

Drive financial control, compliance, and alignment with The Epiroc Way

Provide insights into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities

Support investment evaluations and follow-up on key projects

Improve reporting processes and operational efficiency

Mentor and support Business Controllers across the organization

Your profile

You are a structured and analytical professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

You bring:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

10+ years of experience in Business Control or Finance

Experience of production controlling in a global context

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights

Experience working with operational performance and financial reporting

Fluency in English; ERP experience is a plus

Location and other

This position is located in Fagersta, Sweden.

Occasional travel is required.
