About the job

As Regional Finance Manager, you will be part of the Kvinna till Kvinna South Caucasus and Eastern Europe (SCEE) regional team and report to the Regional Director. The position is based in Vilnius, Stockholm, or another relevant country in Europe where Kvinna till Kvinna has an office.

You will work closely with the regional team and partner organisations distributed across the region and the Finance department in the head office in Stockholm. The role includes frequent travel within Europe and the South Caucasus and Eastern Europe region.

The Regional Finance Manager is responsible for supporting sound financial management, compliance and risk mitigation across Kvinna till Kvinna’s regional programmes and partnerships. The role also includes strengthening the financial management capacity of partner organisations operating in complex and crisis-affected contexts.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Ensure effective financial management routines, internal controls and payment procedures in line with Kvinna till Kvinna and donor requirements;

Process partner payments, maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial documentation and reporting;

Conduct financial assessments of partner organisations and review budgets, financial reports and audit documentation;

Support grant management processes together with programme, grants and finance colleagues across the region;
