You hold end-to-end responsibility for Business Control at Site Gimo and act as the primary financial business partner and single point of contact to the Production Unit Director. You ensure reliable, transparent, and forward-looking financial insights that support decision-making, prioritization, and continuous improvement in operations.
The role combines hands-on business controlling with people responsibility. While you lead and coordinate a team of Business Controllers, the role remains primarily operational, with strong personal ownership of analysis, forecasting, performance follow-up, and financial storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of Business Control for Site Gimo, including accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
- Drive forecasting, target-setting, and performance management with strong business relevance
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights and decisions
- Lead and develop the Business Controller team with clear ways of working and high quality standards
- Drive improvements in data quality, reporting, and system usage
- Ensure compliance with financial governance, processes, and EHS requirements
