We are Pears is currently seeking an experienced IT Specialist & Solution Architect for an exciting assignment within Region Västernorrland’s Healthcare Support and eHealth organization.

This is an opportunity to contribute to some of the region’s most critical healthcare systems, supporting operations that directly impact patient care, healthcare professionals, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

As a consultant through We are Pears, you will work closely with business stakeholders, system suppliers, operational teams, and technical specialists to ensure stable, secure, and future-proof healthcare IT solutions.

About the Assignment

The assignment focuses on Healthcare Support and eHealth solutions, including systems supporting:

Surgery and Perioperative Care

Intensive Care

Pregnancy and Maternity Care

Delivery and Obstetrics

The primary Electronic Health Record platform Cosmic

In addition to acting as an IT Specialist and Solution Architect, you will take delegated responsibility from the IT Object Manager to coordinate upgrades, oversee service deliveries, and contribute to architectural decision-making across multiple initiatives.

You will also participate in several ongoing projects and collaborate with stakeholders on strategic technology and integration matters.

Your Responsibilities

Act as IT Specialist and Solution Architect within the Healthcare Support and eHealth management domain

Support and develop IT solutions connected to clinical systems and healthcare applications

Plan, coordinate, and lead upgrades of critical IT components

Ensure stable and secure operation of systems supporting healthcare delivery

Follow up and manage service deliveries from operational providers and system vendors
