SENIOR BI FULLSTACK DEVELOPER

We are Pears is currently seeking an experienced Senior BI Full Stack Developer for an exciting assignment with Region Västernorrland. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly skilled Business Intelligence team responsible for delivering data-driven insights that support one of Sweden’s most important public sector organizations.

As a consultant through We are Pears, you will work alongside talented BI professionals while contributing to the development, modernization, and maintenance of critical analytics solutions used across the region.

About the Assignment

The assignment focuses on both development and management of Business Intelligence solutions within Region Västernorrland’s BI organization.

You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights and ensuring that business stakeholders have access to reliable, high-quality information.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI

Design, optimize, and maintain data models in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS Tabular)

Develop, implement, and manage ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Support business stakeholders in identifying, validating, and making data available

Maintain and further develop Region Västernorrland’s BI platform

Produce technical documentation and ensure successful handover to operations and support teams

Participate in knowledge transfer and competence sharing with client personnel

We Believe You Have

Extensive experience working with Power BI

Strong expertise in SQL Server, SSAS Tabular, and SSIS

Experience building scalable BI and analytics solutions

Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL principles

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and/or English
