About this role

As a UX Designer you will be working on one of our Game Projects in a cross-disciplinary team, taking ownership for UX design of features to improve the end-user experience. You will be part of shipping new features, and balancing maintenance of existing features for live service games.

To thrive in this role we think you have experience working with complex products and designing for different platforms and input methods such as PC, console or mobile. Previous experience in working with games is a plus.

Example of responsibilities

Collaborate across disciplines and align stakeholders to define clear problem statements, user needs and design solutions to solve those.

Own the user experience of various features end-to-end, from defining problems and needs iterating all the way until they are in the players’ hands.

Design using user flows, wireframes and prototypes, that adhere to the game’s design system and style guides.

Work on a range of experiences, from crafting systems to character customization, based on where we can have the biggest impact.

Work proactively, identifying gaps in the user experience to inform design decisions

Consider systems before individual screens. Consider edge cases early, flexible design solutions, and aim for coherency in design choices.

Deliver and explore many possible solutions, while able to narrow down and pivot with relevant feedback.

Contribute and foster a culture of sharing and feedback on design.

Leverage the team’s combined expertise in finding the best solutions and increase the knowledge across the studio.

We would love if you have

A creative and curious mind motivated by understanding user needs and how to fill those to improve the experience.

Strong communication skills to clearly convey design decisions, and doing so early and frequently under development.

Experience in using both qualitative and quantitative data to understand user needs and finding possible design solutions.
