Role Summary

As a Senior Data Engineer and Team Lead, you will play a central role in shaping and scaling our data platform while leading a team of data engineers. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, contributing to architecture, standards, and ways of working across a modern cloud-based data environment.

The role sits at the intersection of technology and leadership: you are expected to drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality, scalable data solutions that enable data-driven services across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, supporting their development and day-to-day work

Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture, standards, and platform direction

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platform capabilities

Work hands-on with Snowflake, Python, SQL, dbt, and AWS-based data services

Collaborate across teams to enable reusable data products, shared patterns, and scalable ways of working
