Design, build, and optimize data pipelines from ETL to ingestion, chunking, and embedding approaches to support generative AI application development tailored for corporate & institutions business needs.

Develop and implement strategies for context engineering to enhance the relevance and accuracy of AI applications.

Implement and manage vector stores to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.

Leverage MS Azure services for scalable pipeline development and cloud integration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application/model monitoring efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Foster agile software development practices, ensuring adaptability to changing product requirements.

What is needed in this role:

Strong programming skills primarily in Python, especially geared towards building scalable data pipelines in generative AI development. Proficiency with MS Azure is advantageous.

Proven track record in developing robust ingestion processes from traditional ETL approaches to chunking and embedding approaches, including vector store management. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts is beneficial.

Ability to design context-aware systems that improve AI output relevance. Experience in optimizing pipeline performance is key.
