AI is already part of our product, and we are now continuing to strengthen our AI capabilities to deliver the next generation of intelligent, practical, and business-focused functionality for manufacturers.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to turn AI opportunities into real, production-grade impact. Your work spans long-term architecture, everyday execution, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to team capability. This includes:
Shape & Build: Translate business needs into technical strategies and lead hands-on implementation with clear quality standards.
Deliver: Design, build, and ship AI/ML/LLM solutions that reach production - securely, reliably, and at scale.
Collaborate: Work closely with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to turn ideas into measurable customer value.
Strengthen the Team: Mentor colleagues, share insights and learnings, and help grow a mature, responsible AI craft across the organization.
We’re growing our AI capabilities across several areas, and this role is part of a broader expansion. You don’t need to cover everything in depth, one or more streams is valuable, and we’ll align responsibilities with where you create the strongest impact.
