Your Role As a Test Engineer, you’ll be a key player in planning, coordinating, evaluating and verifying advanced products in the fields of optics, electronics, mechanics, and environmental testing. You will not only perform thorough tests and document the results with high accuracy but also write test plans, develop new test methods and innovative equipment solutions to ensure we meet industry-leading standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as a test and verification resource within an agile, cross‑functional team, supporting sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Test lead: planning, coordinating and conducting tests, verifications, and analyses within optics, electronics, mechanics and environmental systems.
- Being the team’s key competence in test activities by driving test planning, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and follow-up of test execution and results.
- Continuously prioritize and adapt test activities based on team needs, development progress, and risk assessments.
