You have solid experience (7+ years) as software or infrastructure engineer

You have a deep understanding of coaching and sharing knowledge with others

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Senior Systems Engineer at IKEA, your days will be varied, collaborative and hands-on. You’ll design, build and run digital services that support our customers and co-workers globally.
Some of your daily activities will include:
Building, running and improving digital products and services
Designing solutions with automation and self-service in mind
Monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure stability and performance
Leading change activities and supporting your teammates through them
Collaborating with stakeholders across IKEA to shape solutions and roadmaps
Coaching engineers and promoting good engineering practices
Continuously improving how we work through testing, analysis and learning
Responsibilities
