Join Turner & Townsend as HR Manager - Build and Shape Our Growing Finland Business

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and shaping our people function within a leading international construction consultancy. You will support the growth of our business, partnering with key stakeholders to establish high-performing teams across our hub office and project sites.

Responsibilities:Support the growth of the Turner & Townsend business in Finland, including partnering with and guiding teams across the hub office and project construction sites.

Own the employment contract process; manage and coordinate onboarding for office and site-based employees, including induction, equipment shipping, and ensuring a seamless first-day experience.

Act as first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, providing timely and professional guidance.
