About the role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Payroll & HR Systems Specialist to join our Nordic HR team at Miele in Vantaa. You will be a core part of our HR Operations team, supporting around 500 employees across four markets. You will report directly to the Head of HR Operations Nordics, GB & Ireland, based in Sweden.
In this role you will take ownership of payroll coordination, payroll governance and people-related data in various systems for the Nordic organization.
You will work closely with our external payroll partner, HR Operations team, HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure accurate payroll delivery, high data quality in Payroll and HR related systems and continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processes across all Nordic countries
- Act as the main contact for the external payroll provider
- Maintain payroll processes, documentation, and governance structures
- Perform payroll data validations and controls prior to payroll runs
- Manage Time & Expense (T&E) processes, including travel and expense administration
- Provide first-line support for HR and payroll-related questions to managers and employees
- Ensure high-quality HR master data in Workday and other related systems
- Deliver reporting and support HR and Finance with payroll-related insights
- Collaborate closely with the HR Operations team to improve processes
- Drive continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes
