PROJECT MANAGER

to join Finnair's Digital Transformation & Architecture team. In this role, you will lead Finnair's digital and data-driven transformation initiatives end-to-end - turning strategic investments into measurable business value across the company .

What will you do?

As Project Manager, you will: Deliver transformation initiatives that drive measurable business value.

Drive business-aligned planning, prioritization, and informed trade-offs.

Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in a matrix environment.

Ensure strong governance, transparent decision-making, and effective Steering Group engagement.

Proactively management of risks, dependencies, and overall delivery quality.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.

Secure successful go-lives, including operational readiness, business adoption, and value realization.
