Office & Events Manager
Main Responsibilities
As an Office & Events Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of office operations and internal events across Silo AI locations in Europe. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, a high-quality employee experience, and well-executed internal events.
Office & Facilities ManagementOversee local facilities operations across multiple offices (e.g. Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Netherlands)
Manage vendors, purchase requests, and invoice approvals related to facilities and office operations
Collaborate closely with AMD Facilities and external partners on office-related matters
Day-to-Day Office Operations (Helsinki focus)Manage daily office operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and welcoming workspace
Oversee office supplies, catering, snacks, and deliveries
Coordinate visitor access, keys, and badge management
Act as the main point of contact for local facility needs and services
Employee Experience & Onboarding SupportCoordinate onboarding logistics, including badges, devices, and access
Manage mobile phone devices and subscriptions (procurement, lifecycle, and records)
Contribute to a positive and seamless employee experience
