We are looking for a Global Product Line manager to lead our Industrial drives portfolio in the Drive Products Division. This senior, high-impact role reports directly to the Head of Global Product Management and is responsible for shaping global product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring portfolio competitiveness and profitability. With ownership of roadmap and market positioning, this role is critical to achieving long-term growth and strategic business objectives.

This role is located in Helsinki (Pitäjänmäki) and the work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading continuous business analysis of the existing portfolio and potential new portfolio items

Analyzing and tracking global market, technology, competitor info, customer requirements and trends and determining competitive attributes, and value proposition.

Leading approval & prioritization process for product development roadmap for Product Line working cross functionally, most notably with R&D and Product Engineering teams.

Determining long term go to market strategy and lifecycle decisions

Fostering collaboration across global Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and business units to share best practices and accelerate strategy execution.
