Project Manager, Test Engineering

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for a new team member to join our Supply Chain Test Engineering Solutions organization in Oulu, Finland. You will guide Baseband/RF test engineering projects with a team size of 5-10 engineers. You will be responsible for guiding and managing the team, reaching the set targets for the Test Engineering Project in the NPI phase and in volume production. You will work with stakeholders such as R&D teams, Production, and external manufacturing partners. The main target for Test Engineering projects is to design and implement production testing capability for new products.

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for Design for Testing (DFT) and the development of testing capabilities within the program
- Planning, resourcing, and scheduling tester development projects.
- Testing related investments and setting product-related testability targets.
- Defining product test strategy and selecting test platforms, as well as leading the program's Baseband/RF Test Engineering project team of 5-10 engineers.
- Ensure that testability requirements are included in product requirements and take care of overall fault management, including fault prioritization.
Requirements
- Must-have:
- Master's or similar degree from telecommunications, information technology, computer sciences area or equivalent.
- Experience in project management or team leading, and experience on setting priorities to manage complex projects with several stakeholders.
- Good understanding of telecommunication, hardware, and/or software development in test engineering.
