Performance & Reward Manager, Benefits & Well-being
to join our People & Communications team of great colleagues. This is a one-year fixed-term assignment due to parental leave.
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement KONE's global strategies for employee benefits, retirement, well-being and flexible working, ensuring they meet current and future business needs, support internal equity and external competitiveness, and strengthen employee engagement.
In this role, you will work closely with business and HR leaders to design, maintain and continuously improve a holistic portfolio of programs and processes, including retirement and profit-sharing schemes, group medical, disability and life plans, the global well-being program (Elevate Your Health), and KONE's flexible working policy and practices.
This position is based in Europe, preferably in Finland or the UK, and reports to the People & Communications Senior Vice President, Performance & Reward.
Main responsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to area and local reward and well-being professionals to ensure that KONE's employee benefit, retirement and well-being strategies are implemented effectively and that all Units comply with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
Liaise with Area and Local units to develop and implement local employee benefit, retirement and well-being strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall strategy.
