What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will support assigned business groups consisting approximately 200 employees, mostly located in Finland. This is a pivotal role where you'll be the trusted advisor to our local leaders, the voice of our people, and the bridge between global PX strategy and local execution. You will be directly influencing organizational effectiveness, cultivating a vibrant workplace culture, and leading impactful change management initiatives within a premier global tech company. You will serve as the "go-to" face of PX to employees and managers within the assigned groups and act as the primary liaison and single point of contact to other key PX functions, including our global Centers of Experience in areas like People Systems, People Enablement, Talent Attraction, Total Rewards, and People Operations. You will be part of the Western EMEA PX team with team members in Finland, Sweden, Norway, UK and France. You will report to the PX Manager, located in Finland.
