You will play a key role in delivering customer‑specific Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) cabinet solutions for demanding marine and electrification applications worldwide. Your work directly enables our customers' operations by ensuring complex projects are delivered reliably, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

By taking full ownership from order intake to final handover, you create a smooth and professional customer experience while safeguarding project profitability. Your leadership helps turn technical complexity into successful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the full project lifecycle, from order intake to final delivery and handover, ensuring a seamless customer experience and successful outcomes.

Plan and execute international VFD cabinet projects, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables to meet customer and business expectations.

Manage budgets, resources, and timelines, balancing cost, quality, and delivery across multi‑country projects.

Act as the main customer interface, communicating progress, risks, and solutions clearly to customers and global stakeholders.

Collaborate across functions and regions, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to deliver results and improve ways of working.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering international projects from order to delivery in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Background in Drives, industrial automation, electrification, or a closely related industry.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, applied in real project settings.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across cultures and global teams.
