Responsibilities

  • The Engineering Manager will lead and direct an Engineering team within EMEA Critical Power Solutions (CPS) R&D organization, with full accountability for product delivery, engineering strategy, and team performance. They will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering disciplines, shape technical direction, and ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.

  • Define and drive the engineering strategy and roadmap for new product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market requirements
  • Accountable for product delivery, including schedule, budget, quality, and technical performance targets
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing engineering team; recommend and champion hiring, promotion, and performance decisions
  • Direct and orchestrate cross-functional engineering resources across Hardware (HW), Firmware (FW), and Mechanical Engineering (ME) disciplines
  • Establish team objectives, priorities, and performance standards; conduct performance reviews and drive talent development initiatives
  • Represent engineering in senior leadership forums and cross-functional steering committees
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and best practices
  • Ensure technical decisions and product designs meet IEC standards and EU regulatory requirements; serve as escalation point for com
