Senior BI Analyst, Central Team
About this role
The purpose of the Senior BI Analyst is to build business intelligence (BI) solutions, including data extraction, datasets, queries, reports, dashboards, analyses, or components of larger solutions, to answer business questions using data across our B2C operations. They will work closely with the business to understand its objectives and ensure that solutions are developed to enable data-driven decision-making, delivering final products on time.
As a Senior BI Analyst within the Central team, they will be responsible for delivering dashboards for Caribbean markets, using one or more industry-standard analytical visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI). Their role is designed to enable markets to address their BI and data needs through self-service to the greatest extent possible. BI deliverables will have a strong focus on B2C.
The Senior BI Analyst will also investigate data, analysis, and code-related issues, identify root causes, propose solutions, and take ownership of the next steps required for their resolution.
