Join our CX Solutions team, a multidisciplinary pool of around 100 team members dedicated to crafting intelligent, human-centric digital experiences. We don't just build functional apps; we combine strategy, design, and technology to create future-ready products across mobile, web, and AI-powered interfaces.
As part of this team, you'll work on high-impact projects-like transforming passenger experiences for VR or building award-winning grocery apps for K-Ruoka-using an end-to-end approach that turns customer insights into measurable business results.
As an AI capable Lead Developer, you play a critical dual role: you are both a seasoned developer and the responsible technical contact within the project scope-bridging hands-on implementation with strategic decision-making.
You'll guide the development team, ensure architectural consistency, and facilitate informed tech choices while keeping the bigger picture in view. In this role, you'll also champion the adoption of AI-augmented development practices, ensuring our teams leverage modern AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality. You'll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align solutions with their needs, provide clarity in complex situations, and represent the technical side of the project with confidence and integrity.
Your work will span mentoring and empowering your team, ensuring security and compliance standards are met, supporting sales opportunities, and helping our clients thrive in their digital transformation journey. This includes advising clients on how to integrate AI and data-driven solutions into their technical workflows and roadmaps.
We work in five different service lines in Nordic level, and you can read here some more about our other Service Lines . We offer a hybrid work model, though proximity to our Helsinki office is required for regular in-person collaboration. Please note, we are currently unable to provide relocation support.
