In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide and support in order to delivery process for frequency converters, maintaining proactive relationships with customers and coordinating between different internal stakeholders. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.

This role is contributing to the ABB Oy, Drive Products division, Box Build Operations in Helsinki
You will be mainly accountable for
Deliver high-quality end-to-end order-to-delivery process support for ABB Local Sales Units (LSU's), ensuring export-control compliance, target lead-times, and providing training, documentation and daily support
Driving collaboration and continuous improvement by leading regular LSU sessions, collecting customer feedback, developing tailored instructions, contributing to continuous development, projects and pilots
Enhancing process efficiency and automation by improving order handling, documentation, and system usage while ensuring standardized practices across LSU's
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications for the role
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics or related field is strongly preferred
1-3 years of experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and customer-focused mindset
Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
