Facility Manager, Oulu

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a passion for service excellence to support our strategic client, a global tech company located in Oulu. We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in facilities management, client relationship building, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will play a central role in creating a safe, efficient and welcoming workplace where people can do their best work. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of facility services across the site, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and performance, while shaping a consistently positive employee and customer experience. Working closely with stakeholders, service partners and internal teams, you will help create an environment that is both operationally strong and aligned to business needs.

Acting as a trusted local partner, you will build strong relationships with business leaders, colleagues, landlords, suppliers and support teams. Manage the on-site contract and all services to the agreed standards, ensuring that deadlines and targets are achieved

Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the account director
