About this role

Role Based in Barcelona 3 day at office/2 days at home

As a Business Support Coordinator in Late Development Oncology, you will provide administrative support to our senior global leaders in a dynamic and complex business environment where sensitivity, high integrity and confidentiality is required.

You will enable project teams and senior leaders to focus on science by delivering high-quality administrative and project

coordination support. You will be part of a global community of approximately 15 Business Support Coordinators providing

1:1 support and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Executive support
  • : Provide 1:1 senior-level support including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing; proactively resolve administrative issues;
  • facilitate
  • effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; plan and execute internal/external meeting arrangements.
  • Project coordination
  • : Manage team logistics (calendars, agendas, minutes, action logs, forward agendas, distribution lists); lead virtual and in-person meeting logistics; drive information management (SharePoint structure, storage of materials), train teams on usage, and identify process improvements.
  • As you will collaborate with senior leaders on a regular basis, you need to feel comfortable working at all levels in the organization

  • 5 or more years of administrative experience
