About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated early-career talent to join our team as a

Business Analyst Intern

. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop strong data-driven decision-making skills while supporting real business projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to

analyze data, generate insights, and support business performance tracking

. This is a hands-on role with exposure to real business challenges and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support preparation of
  • regular performance reports and dashboards
  • Work with datasets in
  • Excel (advanced level)
  • – including data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of
  • Power BI dashboards
  • (or support senior analysts in building them)
  • Assist in
  • forecasting, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking
  • Translate analytical findings into
  • clear, actionable business insights
  • Collaborate with multiple functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Marketing)
  • Support ongoing projects related to
  • process improvement, automation, and digital transformation
  • Profile – What We Are Looking For
  • Final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Project Management, or related field)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in
  • Microsoft Excel
  • (formulas, pivot tables; Power Query is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of
  • data analysis and reporting concepts
  • Power BI knowledge is a strong advantage
  • (not mandatory)
  • Interest in participating in IT analytical projects, gathering requirements, and preparing technical documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to structure data and insights
  • Good communication skills – ability to explain data in a simple way
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
