Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with TAQ Partners to define and understand screening criteria for Early Talent

  • Conduct candidate screenings based on agreed criteria and ensure

  • Handle candidate progression through recruitment stages in internal platforms (Workday, 8fold, SHL and
  • Smartsheets

  • Schedule virtual assessment

  • candidates.
  • Respond to candidate queries via Service Now in

  • and professional manner.
  • Partner with TAQ teams to ensure the recruitment process attracts and selects the best talent.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both team members, TAQ Partners and relevant partners.

  • and fair candidate screening.
  • Critical thinking skills with an attitude for continuous improvement.
  • Proactive and ambitious to learn new systems, tools, and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
