World Fuel is seeking a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to lead the expansion of our Business Aviation Trip Support offering across the region. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and play a central role in driving revenue growth in a highly visible and strategic market.

You will act as a trusted partner to your clients and an influential contributor internally, ensuring seamless delivery of services while helping shape our commercial approach across Europe.

What You’ll Do

Drive Growth & Win Business

Own and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives

Deliver consistent revenue growth while exceeding annual sales targets

Identify and capture new business opportunities across Europe

Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into strategic action

Monitor competitors and adapt sales approach to stay ahead

Build Powerful Client Partnerships

Develop and grow relationships with key aviation stakeholders (operators, charter firms, flight departments)

Design tailored account plans that deliver long-term value

Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements

Collaborate for Excellence

Partner closely with TSS operations teams to ensure flawless service delivery

Provide real-time market feedback to enhance products and services

Support pricing strategy and drive margin optimization

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless trip execution

Collaborate with:

Fuel sales

Aviation services

Product and commercial teams

Provide market and customer insights to support service development and innovation

Optimize Commercial Performance

Support pricing strategy, margin optimization, and deal structuring

Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting

Track activity and performance using Salesforce (or similar CRM)

Contribute to performance analysis and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in business aviation, trip support, or aviation services sales
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing key or strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Trip support services (permits, handling, fuel, flight planning, concierge)
  • European aviation market dynamics
  • Established network across:
  • Operators
  • Brokers
  • Aviation stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple cultures and markets

Nice to have

  • Experience managing complex, multi-country accounts
  • Exposure to pricing strategy or commercial optimization
