We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our marketing operations team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality production support within HubSpot and Drupal, serving internal stakeholders and ensuring that digital assets are built, executed, and maintained with accuracy and efficiency.

This position is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who excels at execution—someone who enjoys building emails, workflows, forms, landing pages, and website content updates. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Lead Marketing, supporting the broader digital ecosystem and contributing to seamless, high-performing marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Production & Marketing Automation Execution
  • Build and execute digital assets within HubSpot, including:
  • Emails and email templates
  • Workflows and automations
  • Forms and progressive fields
  • Nurture streams
  • Landing pages and thank-you pages
  • Implement production tasks following defined processes, requirements, and quality standards
  • Assist in scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns
  • Conduct quality assurance checks across all assets (links, rendering, formatting, tagging, naming conventions)
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across HubSpot campaigns, assets, and folders
  • Support list creation, segmentation, and basic performance monitoring
  • Website Content Production (Drupal)
  • Update, edit, and publish front-end web content in Drupal
  • Maintain page accuracy, formatting, and metadata according to brand and UX guidelines
  • Upload images, files, and assets using established templates and content guidelines
  • Perform content quality checks prior to publishing to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Support recurring updates, campaign landing page refreshes, and content maintenance needs
  • Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration
  • Support internal marketing team requests for HubSpot and Drupal execution
  • Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to implement best practices and improve execution workflows
  • Collaborate with segment marketing teams and content owners to obtain requirements and clarify production needs
  • Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
  • Assist with light copy editing and formatting when needed to ensure clean and clear content delivery

  • 4 + years of digital marketing production experience (marketing automation, website updates, or campaign execution)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Drupal preferred.
  • Experience working in a structured production or agency environment a plus.
  • HubSpot and/or Drupal certification
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media preferred.
  • Specific Skills & Knowledge Required
  • :
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Drupal, and MS Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is helpful but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests with tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow established processes while also identifying opportunities to improve them
