About the job

As Change Management Lead, you’re a key member of the Change Management and Training team, enabling successful adoption of continuous improvements, process changes, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. With a strong focus on people, you ensure changes are understood, supported, and embedded across the organization.

You work closely with managers and stakeholders to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize business value. You report to the Head of Change Management and Training.

Job responsibilities

Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and high employee adoption

Develop and implement management strategies and plans for systems, processes, and new ways of working

Conduct change impact assessments, identifying risks and defining mitigation actions

Support training design and delivery together with Training Specialists to build readiness and capability

Drive clear, timely communication across project teams, management, and employees

Monitor, evaluate, and refine change initiatives using defined metrics and adoption data

Location

This role is based at Gasverket in Stockholm, Sweden and you will have a hybrid working setup, allowing you to work partly from home. Some travel is a natural part of the job.

Your profile

You bring a strong foundation in change management within complex, large-scale environments and combine structure with a people-centered approach. Experience from major transformation programs helps you navigate complexity and deliver sustainable results.

Your background includes:

Degree-level education in Business, Management, or Psychology

Experience leading change workstreams in technology or digital transformation programs

Strong knowledge in change management methodologies and change readiness assessments

Experience using data analysis and reporting tools to track adoption and effectiveness

You’re comfortable working across functions and organizational levels. You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and adapt your approach to different stakeholder needs. A proactive mindset helps you anticipate challenges, manage resistance constructively, and keep momentum through change.
