The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and agile successor for our

People Support Solutions Team Lead

position within the

People Support Solutions German Network

. In this role, you will lead a team of HR generalists providing first-line support to our German-based employees, managing a diverse and high-impact portfolio.

Lead and inspire

a team of HR specialists providing first-line support across the entire German network.

Manage a diverse portfolio

encompassing Employee Lifecycle Management, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Benefits, and Compliance.

Navigate an extensive stakeholder network

, partnering closely with Business & Talent Acquisition Partners and various Project Teams.

Drive operational excellence

by supporting your team in solving complex cases and engaging in demanding professional conversations.

Who You Are

A seasoned People Leader

with at least 1 year of direct Line Management experience and a passion for developing others.

Fluent in German (near-native/C1-C2)

with the ability to communicate with sophistication and nuance in a regulated business environment.

Highly proficient in English

, enabling you to collaborate effectively within our global corporate structure.

An empathetic leader

who prioritizes empowerment, coaching, and a people-first mindset in your daily leadership practice.

A strategic navigator

comfortable managing complex stakeholder networks and diagnosing organizational needs.

A disciplined professional

with a university degree (HR or Business preferred) and a strong grasp of logical reasoning.

An agile specialist

who may come from a Second Level background but is ready to master the diverse, fast-paced world of Front Line HR.
