Applied Research and Innovation team
is
seeking
a highly motivated and skilled
Senior
Product/Business Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of scientific software.
Candidate will partner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business needs,
identify
opportunities, and support the development of product strategy and solutions. This role combines business analysis, design thinking, and future-oriented strategic methods to help shape product direction,
anticipate
change, and inform decision-making.

thinking, trend analysis, forecasting, data-driven predictive analytics, and innovation planning to support

business strategy and decision-making.

identify
emerging opportunities and risks.
Travel as required and
p
artner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to apply future-oriented analysis methods, using emerging trend assessment, scenario planning, and strategic insight generation to shape product strategy and
anticipate
future business needs.
Guide
and manage
the development, optimization and
scaling up
of various scientific IT solutions including
business
applications
, API
, plugins etc
.
Collaborating with
Product Line
product managers and other stakeholders to contribute to
products
planning and strategy. This includes providing input on feature prioritization, market opportunity assessments, and
identifying
areas for improvement or innovation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, engineers, and designers, to gather and document product requirements. This involves translating business needs into clearly defined and actionable specifications
.
Conduct Product and Problem discovery workshops with stakeholders and users from different business areas
Define the evolution of the existing products based on the company and business priorities
Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to by the product team; focus on Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and iterative, incremental delivery; manage backlog and measure value of the product; proactively manage and mitigate Project Risk
Required Experience and Skills:
BSc or MSc in related field with at least
5
years’ experience in
Pharma
industry or academic settings
Future-oriented strategic thinking skills, with experience using structured methods to
anticipate
change and inform decision-making
Product management experience
with Design Thinking, Problem and Product discovery and UX methodologies
Ability to analyze emerging trends, potential market shifts, and external signals to support product strategy
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and high professional standards with strong ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
,
Agile
/
Scrum
development,
software
validation
and
SDLC best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally, as well as being self-driven and independent.
