(Prep Mil) function in our Belgium Quality Control labs. You will lead a hands-on team that prepares
media
for routine and project testing
.
You will work closely
with QC
lab teams
quality assurance, procurement and technical services to protect quality and supply.

Lead and coach a team responsible for preparing
media preparations

Ensure preparation records, labels and traceability meet GMP and site quality standards.
Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance and laboratory readiness to avoid delays.
Plan capacity and priorities to meet testing schedules and manage short-term resource changes.
Lead investigations, deviations and corrective actions tied to media activities.
Drive continuous improvement projects to increase safety, quality and operational efficiency.
