We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help build and scale the foundations that drive our data ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we structure, transform, and deliver data - building resilient pipelines, improving data quality, and collaborating across engineering, analytics, and business teams to drive real value.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Build and maintain scalable, automated, event-driven data pipelines and data models

Design and implement ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and accessible

Manage data integrations, imports/exports, and audience segmentation across platforms

Monitor and optimise existing data pipelines, ensuring performance and reliability

Collaborate with Software Engineering, Systems teams, and Data Governance to improve data quality and reduce technical debt

Work with third-party partners and platforms to enhance data capabilities

Take ownership of data governance and privacy best practices, ensuring compliance and responsible usage

Support the business by ensuring teams have access to accurate, usable data to drive decisions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

Proven experience in data engineering and modern development practices (2+ years)

Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and relational databases (RDBMS)

Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models

Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and integrations

Strong understanding of data quality, testing, and documentation

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines
