About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operations in Sweden. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of the Swedish market and business culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and engagement
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, pipelines, and market trends
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufactures, TSPs and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with business regulations in different markets
  • Manage the end-to-end RFP/RFI and tender process, including opportunity assessment, cross-functional coordination, proposal development, pricing alignment, and client presentations
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade fairs

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the role
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in the Nordic or Swedish market
  • Background in vehicle, manufacturing, or relevant industry
  • Experience managing B2B enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
