Your contribution to something big
You will lead the project for launching new heat pump products to customers in time and within budget
You will define project scope and deliverables, develop project plans, acquire and manage project resources, and monitor project progress.
You will lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams (including engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement etc.) to achieve project objectives
You will manage project budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenditures, and reporting financial status.
You will facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
You will identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion
You will ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle

What distinguishes you
Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering engineering or technical projects
Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
