About the Role You will take a key role in shaping quality for a new Smart Product Platform in a complex engineering environment. The focus is on leading the full testing lifecycle for a PLM solution built around PTC Windchill and connected systems such as Inventor, Creo, and ERP. You will work hands-on while also driving structure, coordination, and clear quality decisions across the initiative. Job DescriptionYou will lead end-to-end testing activities for Windchill implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. You will define and own the test strategy, test plans, schedules, and entry and exit criteria. You will drive system, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. You will coordinate testing across Windchill modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, and ProjectLink, as well as integrations with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems. You will review business and technical requirements and make sure they are covered by relevant test scenarios. You will design, review, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data. You will lead defect management, including triage, prioritisation, root-cause analysis, and retesting. You will communicate test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
