About the Role You will take a key role in shaping and strengthening the Health & Safety agenda across several Nordic sites in an established international business. The environment combines production and office operations, which means you will work close to the business and support both day-to-day safety needs and long-term improvement efforts. In this role, you will help create a stronger safety culture, ensure compliance, and build practical ways of working that make a real difference for managers and employees. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Nordics and internationally, with broad scope to influence routines, behaviors, and continuous improvement. Job DescriptionYou will lead and develop the Health & Safety agenda across Nordic operations. You will support managers and teams in implementing practical, sustainable safety routines. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety and risk prevention. You will carry out and follow up on risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions. You will manage critical safety areas such as chemical safety, ATEX, LOTO, machinery safety, and emergency preparedness. You will lead audits and help ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. You will deliver training sessions and awareness activities across different work environments.
