You will support the full change lifecycle in a setting with clear governance needs, high expectations on quality, and a strong focus on operational improvement. The work sits close to cloud and infrastructure, where decisions need to be made quickly, with good judgment and a clear view of risk. You will help create smoother, more effective ways of working across change activities while balancing multiple priorities at the same time. The assignment also includes identifying where automation can improve flow, tightening controls where needed, and helping the organization do more with less without compromising governance guardrails. Job DescriptionYou will support the end-to-end change lifecycle across IT change activities. You will make fast, risk-aware decisions and help ensure changes move forward in a controlled way. You will coordinate multiple priorities in parallel and keep progress aligned across stakeholders and workstreams. You will contribute to stronger controls and help ensure governance guardrails are consistently followed. You will identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and quality in the change process. You will help optimize ways of working to improve quality and NPS.
