About the Role You will join a large-scale, site-based construction environment where contracts are central to project delivery. In this role, you work close to project leads, construction managers, and other key stakeholders to make sure contractual matters are handled clearly, consistently, and with strong commercial awareness. You will be part of an integrated cross-functional team and act as a trusted partner on topics such as contract interpretation, change management, claims, and risk. The role combines hands-on contract administration with strategic input on contracting approaches and commercial decisions across the site organization. Job DescriptionYou manage site contractors from a contract management and administration perspective. You work closely with project leads, construction managers, and area managers in an integrated site team. You identify contractual and commercial risks and help define and implement mitigation measures. You support the site and contract management teams in shaping contracting strategies. You handle and follow up on change requests, change orders, and claims. You participate in contract reviews and support contract negotiations. You coordinate with other contract managers to create alignment and consistency. You help ensure a uniform interpretation of contractual clauses and a consistent approach to changes, claims, and lessons learned.
