You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, tech leads, and stakeholders across the organization. The role combines team leadership, coordination, and process improvement, with a strong focus on flow, collaboration, and delivery quality. Job DescriptionYou will lead and support a cross-functional agile team with developers, QA engineers, and tech leads. You will drive continuous improvement in team ways of working, delivery processes, and overall team performance. You will facilitate agile ceremonies and help the team maintain focus, transparency, and momentum. You will coordinate initiatives together with stakeholders and other teams to support smooth collaboration across dependencies. You will help improve workflows and create structure in a large-scale agile development environment. You will use Jira and Confluence to support planning, follow-up, documentation, and team alignment. RequirementsExperience in an agile leadership role such as Agile Team Lead or Scrum Master. Experience leading cross-functional tech teams. Strong stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Fluent English and Swedish. A strong agile mindset an
