About the Role
This opening as Project Support will be within Kalpataru Transmission Sweden AB. Your main responsibility will be to support the Project Manager and the wider organization with the administrative management of our projects.
This is a varied and dynamic role where you will work closely with project teams, site managers, suppliers, and employees across multiple projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, including health & safety plans, non-conformance documentation, self-inspections, and invoice verification for both incoming and outgoing invoices. You will help structure and organize project documentation according to company processes and ensure that administrative routines and management system procedures are followed throughout the projects.
You will also coordinate project resources and competencies, support onboarding and introduction of new employees and suppliers, and participate in supplier start-up meetings. Part of the role includes preparing meeting notes and protocols, coordinating safety inspections and meetings, and supporting HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) activities within the projects.
