The mission As Production Process Development Engineer within Printing & Coating, you will take overarching responsibility for the development and industrialization of Epishine’s wet-process manufacturing processes. The role focuses on bridging the gap between development and industrial production by ensuring that new concepts, materials, and process improvements can operate reliably and sustainably in production environments. You will work closely with R&D, production engineering, and Operations while driving process improvements related to yield, quality, scalability, and production capacity.
