The mission As Production Process Development Engineer within Conversion, you will become a key technical contributor in bridging advanced process development and industrial implementation. You will work closely with the R&D organization and Senior Process Development Engineer, acting both as a technical sparring partner and a driving force in bringing development projects into stable production environments. This is a highly hands-on senior engineering role where you are expected to work close to machinery, production equipment, and implementation activities while also contributing strategically to long-term process development and industrial scaling.
